At Western Lakes Golf Club we have always been committed to developing the game of golf, especially among juniors.  That is why when we learned of a new organization in our area dedicated to providing a NEW opportunity for juniors to play team golf in a fun environment – we had to offer our support.  It’s called “Junior Golf Cup” and is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization made up of NINE community based teams serving over 800 youth golfers!  Arrowhead, Brookfield, Menomonee Falls, Germantown, Kettle Moraine, Mukwonago, Oconomowoc, Pewaukee & Sussex as well as a new “Open” tryout option for golfers that do not reside in one of the above districts.  Tryout dates/times have been set for Fall of 2026 for the Winter/Spring 2027 golf teams. Although we are only hosting the tryouts for the Kettle Moraine team, follow the link below to register for any of the district teams.

While this program has no direct affiliation with Western Lakes, we will be hosting the Kettle Moraine Junior Laser Golf Team’s tryouts as well as their practices next spring.  Junior Cup Golf’s Indoor Training Camp in Waukesha is dedicated to developing junior golfers.  The Kettle Moraine team will have the ability to host practices in this facility once a week for January – April.  This is a great opportunity for 3rd-8th grade boys AND girls who either have experience OR are new to the game.  Please follow the links below for complete information on the program and to register for tryouts ASAP!
