Wedding and Event Venue Policies

Wedding Booking information (Events to 350/Seats up to 325)

Our event venue booking rates are the best in Milwaukee and Waukesha county. Email or call us to inquire more info.

Hosting a Non-Profit Fundraiser or Gala Rates?

  • 15% off food & beverages October thru May (Not applicable for golf outings)
  • 20% Room Rental rates year round

Ceremony Fees:

On property ceremony fee-$300 (indoors or outdoors). Includes any chair setup or room flip. Does not include setup of arches or other Wedding specific décor or items. Client required to work with their DJ service for sound and lighting if applicable. Outdoor ceremonies subject to rules and regulations of the golf course, knowing this is an open to the public course that does not shut down for the Ceremony.

Post Ceremony Photographs:

The wedding party is welcome to take photos on the exterior of the course. There are many great locations around the 10th tee, 9th green, front of the building and practice range. Heels not allowed on any of the greens or teebox areas. It is okay to bring your dog for the outdoor photo shoot, however they must remain leashed at all times and may not stay for the reception.

Reception Hall is set up and provided with the following at no additional charge:

  • Linen tablecloths and napkins
  • China, flatware, glassware for table settings
  • Cake cutting and serving
  • House Sound System with Cordless microphone
  • Wait staff & Bar staff
  • Cocktail & Dinner music
  • Large parking lot with overnight parking
  • Bridal Suite

*Wedding Ceremony decor set up is responsibility of booking party

  • Return signed contract with deposit to confirm and secure date.
  • 40 guest minimum for any non-wedding events.
